Hereinafter referred to as NDO

 

The organization NDO was registered in February 2024 with the SEC after our enthusiasts worked out goals and solutions for how members can enjoy standing together instead of separately.

 

Starting point: Together we are much stronger and more significant than if we stand alone! We are a non-profit,

non stock organization for Norwegian emigrants and their descendants in the Philippines.

 

NDO will work for the best interests of Norwegians in the Philippines and is the first Norwegian organization to be registered and approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission / SEC

in the Philippines.

 

NDO will hold its first general meeting after its establishment in March 2025. Agenda for the general meeting with the board's report for the first year of operation, accounts for 2024, budget for 2025, plans for 2025 and any other items we will return to.

 

All members have voting rights and can help decide how our organization will continue in the short and long term. The organization has monthly meetings where all members are invited for information exchangeand socializing.

 

The organization shall aim to start local teams wherever there

is a settlement for it. NDO HAS HEADQUARTERS IN

ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA.

Where both founders live and do their business.
